New is in quotes, because they are basically Norwegian Airlines planes, and ex-Norwegian executives and owners with a new “lease” of life. Anyway. The budget-friendly airline with plenty of love has launched a very big offer in Premium Economy between Europe and the United States.
We seriously call it big, because premium economy is so much more comfortable than economy, and when it’s priced the same, it really is a steal.
The fleet consists of Boeing 787 and they offer Economy and Premium Economy class. Premium is real value at this price. According to Norse, the Premium Cabin gives you an even wider seat, more than 35% more legroom and some of the best sunbeds in the sky.
There’s only one downside to these ultra-cheap Premium Economy tickets, the cheapest class is called “Premium Light”, and while you’ll get two meal services, premium boarding and priority check-in, you’ll have to pay extra for your checked bags.
Only one under-seat bag (45x36x22cm) and one carry-on bag (54x45x25cm) are included in the prices listed below. If you want to add one piece of luggage (maximum 23 kg) to your booking, be prepared to pay around €70 each way.
