Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 revealed two more DLC characters coming to the game, based on the franchise’s latest theatrical film, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. This movie follows Piccolo, Gohan, and others in their fight against the Red Ribbon Army, along with new Android rivals Gamma 1 and 2. Earlier in September, Gamma 2 was revealed as the first DLC character of Xenoverse 2The upcoming Hero of Justice pack set. A new trailer reveals the remaining two characters of the first pack.
The trailer begins with a condensed version of the first trailer, showing Gamma 2’s abilities and moves against Piccolo. After the introduction of Gamma 2, Gamma 1 also flies, also showing its moveset and how it differs from its brother. Gamma 1 uses a series of kicks and his blaster in his attacks, with a super attack firing a concentrated beam of energy at his opponent.
The end of the trailer shows Piccolo on the ropes, clearly a match for the two Androids. With the Z-Warrior almost at his wits end, a voice calls out to him, soon revealed to be Gohan, who flies in to help him. This version is clearly based on Gohan’s look Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, with messy hair and glasses. The trailer ends with the three characters being confirmed for the first DLC Pack, with no release window other than this Fall. The second part of this pack also does not have a fixed release window, with fans speculating that this pack will contain the additions of Gohan and Piccolo’s latest transformations from the movie.
